Department Organizational Duties
Secretariat of the Board of Directors Dealing with the deliberations of the board of directors and other matters handled by the board of directors.
Chairman’s Office Handling affairs assigned by the chairman.
Legal Affairs Office In charge of the planning and execution of relevant company affairs concerning laws and trademarks, patents and copyrights.
CEO’s Office Handling affairs assigned by the CEO.
Audit Committee Planning and revision of internal control system, implementation and tracking of internal audit.
Speciality Chemical Division The Speciality Chemical Division consists of the Chemical Department, the Quality Assurance Department, the Quality Control Department and the Speciality Chem. PM Department. Its functions are as follows:
1. Personnel, equipment, material management and capacity management related to chemical products production.
2. Analysis, control, improvement, tracking, standardization promotion and customer complaint handling of product quality.
3. Specializing the development of new processes and products.
4. Management and execution of design, budget, contracting, construction, supervision, inspection, equipment maintenance and environmental protection of various projects.
Speciality Chemical Division The Speciality Chemical Division consists of the Chemical Department, the Quality Assurance Department, the Quality Control Department and the Speciality Chem. PM Department. Its functions are as follows:

Xinying Plant Xinying Plant has the Fab. Affairs Department, Chemistry Industrial Department and the Engineering RD Dept. Its duties are as follows:
1. Management and execution of design, budget, contracting, construction, supervision, inspection, equipment maintenance and environmental protection of various projects.
2. Personnel, equipment, material management and capacity management related to the production of chemical products.
3. Technological development of related new processes.
EHS Department The EHS Department has set up EHS section and so on, whose duties are as follows:
1. Formulation and supervision of safety and hygiene work codes and safety work methods for construction workers.
2. To conduct relevant education and training in accordance with the Code of Work for Safety and Health of Workers.
3. Planning staff health examination and health management.
Sales Division Sales Division has Sales Dept. of Specility Chem. Ind. department and Sales Dept. of Chem. Ind. , whose duties are as follows:
1. New product development, new customer development and e-commerce.
2. Domestic and foreign sales business, marketing strategy, market development and sales promotion.
Material & Logistics Department 1. Relevant matters such as procurement and supplier development.
2. Transport and storage of products, collection of goods and related accounting and taxation matters.
3. Establishment and control of production plans, scheduling of shipments, assessment and planning of capacity requirements.
Financial Department General management and budgetary matters relating to cashier, finance, accounting, cost, etc.
HR & Admin. Department 1. Planning and implementation of policies, systems and operations related to human resources and education and training.
2. General affairs, documents and public relations.
IT Department Planning, design, analysis, construction, maintenance and problem solving of computer hardware and software systems and network facilities; information related assignments and educational and training matters.
Overseas Business Department 1. Collect, collate and analyze market intelligence.
2. Collect, collate and analyze the production, marketing and marketing strategies of competing firms.
3. Formulate of price and marketing channel strategy.
